The Yum Cart is a mini pancake cart for events in Port Harcourt. We bring the cart to your venue, cook warm mini pancakes on the spot, and let your guests build their own with toppings and drizzles.
Hi, I'm Apugo Judith. I started The Yum Cart in November 2025.
Honestly, I started it because I wanted to build something of my own, and I also genuinely love sweet things. I've always enjoyed the idea of creating them myself, so I thought, why not turn something I enjoy into a business?
I wanted to create a fun dessert experience that people could enjoy at their events, and that's really how The Yum Cart started. Every tray is made with love and lots of sweetness, just the way I'd make it for my own family.

Questions, answered
How far ahead should I book?
At least 48 hours before your event. Booking early is the best way to make sure your date is free.
How do I secure my date?
Once we've agreed your quote, pay a 75% deposit by bank transfer. The remaining 25% is due the day before your event.
What do you need from me before the event?
A quick phone call and your event's invitation card (IV), so we can plan the setup.
What if you can't take my booking?
If we can't confirm your booking, we refund your deposit in full within 48 hours.
I'm not sure how many guests are coming.
That's fine. Give us your best estimate when you book, and we'll reconfirm the final number with you before the event.
Where do you cater, and how much is transport?
Events across Port Harcourt, and outside it by arrangement. Transport depends on your event location and is agreed with you in chat.
Do you deliver individual orders?
Not yet. For now we cater events, with the cart and our team on site.
How does the November discount work?
Every event held from 1 to 30 November gets 10% off, whatever the occasion.
